The average is a typical value in a set of numerical data.
The mean is often called the arithmetic average. It is computed
by dividing the sum of the values by the number of values.
i.e. Suppose we had three test scores of 85, 88 and 94 and wanted to find
out the mean score. To find it, we would add them and divide by 3.
